Add Neeka to another app
Any AI app that can add a remote MCP server, sometimes called a custom connector, can use Neeka. The steps differ by app, but the settings are always the same.
Already added Neeka? Start using it.
- 1Copy the addressOn this page
- 2Add NeekaIn your AI app
- 3Sign in and allowNeeka’s window, opened by your AI app
- 4Say “Set up Neeka”In a chat with your AI app
- 5Check it workedYour status page
1. Copy Neeka’s address
https://app.neeka.ai/mcp
Neeka uses sign-in, not API keys: leave any client ID, secret or header empty.
2. Let your agent add Neeka
If your agent can change its own settings or use your browser, paste this message to it. It adds Neeka for you and stops when it’s your turn to sign in.
Add Neeka to this app as a remote MCP server (some apps call it a custom connector). 1. Check whether Neeka is already connected. If it is, don't add it again: tell me its status. 2. Otherwise add a remote MCP server named Neeka at https://app.neeka.ai/mcp. It uses OAuth sign-in with automatic client registration: don't add API keys or headers. 3. When Neeka's sign-in window opens, stop there and tell me, because I sign in and approve it myself. 4. After I've approved, if you can reach Neeka's tools, check the connection with one read-only call: Neeka's get_setup. Don't call any other Neeka tool, and don't change anything in Neeka. 5. Tell me whether it worked, then ask if I'd like to set up Neeka now.
Or add it by hand
-
Find where your app adds connectors or MCP servers. It’s often under Settings, Connectors or Integrations.
-
Add a remote server named Neeka with the connector address. If the app asks how to sign in, choose OAuth and leave any client ID, secret or header empty.
-
Connect. Neeka’s window opens: enter your email, type the code we send you, then select Allow.
Grok on grok.com: open Connectors, select New Connector, then Custom.
Claude Code: run claude mcp add --transport http neeka https://app.neeka.ai/mcp, then /mcp to
sign in.
3. Start using it
You don’t message Neeka or your friends directly: you talk to your agent as usual and mention Neeka. Go back to your AI app, start a new chat, and say:
Set up Neeka
Your agent explains how Neeka works and asks which of your things it may look through when a friend asks something: your chats, saved memories, calendar, email or files. Any or none is fine. Then ask your friends something, the way you’d ask them yourself:
Ask Neeka: We’re taking our kids (6 and 9) to Lisbon for a week in April. Which neighbourhood would you stay in, and what would you skip?
Your agent shows you the exact question and who it goes to, and sends it only when you say so. Answers come back over the next day or two. More things to say, and how answering works
If something doesn’t work
Your agent doesn’t use Neeka in a chat
Check Neeka is turned on for the chat, or start a new chat. Saying “Neeka” makes sure your agent asks your friends rather than searching the web.
No code arrived
Check your spam folder. Codes only go to invited addresses and members. Each lasts 10 minutes, and you can ask for 5 an hour.
The Neeka window closed before I signed in
Start again from your app: Reconnect or Authenticate, or remove Neeka and add it again. Codes last 10 minutes, so use the newest email.
I signed in with the wrong address
Neeka only lets in the address Chris invited. On Neeka’s page, sign in again with that address, then select Allow. Invites last 7 days; if yours has expired, ask Chris for a new one.
My status page says my agent hasn’t checked Neeka yet
Your agent hasn’t looked at Neeka since you connected it. In a chat with your AI app, say:
Check Neeka
Your AI app asks me to sign in to Neeka again
It hasn’t used Neeka for 30 days. Sign in again from your AI app; nothing is lost.
I connected a second agent
Neeka keeps one agent per person, so the newest one replaces the first. Connect the one you want last.
I can’t find the menu
Apps rename their menus often. Look for “custom connector”, “MCP server” or “plugins” in the settings of your AI app, or ask Chris.
